The University of Finance and Management (HFM) (formerly Sparkasse University Bonn – University of Applied Sciences) is a private, state-recognized university of applied sciences located in Bonn. The University of Finance and Management was founded on 3 July 2003 by the German Sparkasse and Giro Association as a limited liability company located in Bonn and started teaching in the winter semester 2003/2004.
